What's included

The full healthy-garden stack.

Complete Maintenance is built for clients who care about how their garden actually grows — not just how it's mown. Fertilising, mulching and aeration are scheduled at the optimal time of year for Canberra's climate, and our Inner North clients tell us their lawns have never looked thicker.

It's our most popular plan for a reason: it covers the full essentials, plus the premium touches that make a garden look professionally kept.

01

Everything in Essential Care

All the basics — mowing, edging, weed control, blow-down, seasonal pruning and clean-ups.

02

Year-round fertilising

Lawn fertiliser applied across ten months of the year, with seasonally appropriate blends.

03

Mulch top-up

An annual mulch refresh in June helps beds retain moisture through summer and suppresses winter weeds.

04

Lawn aeration

Spring aeration in October — vital for healthy root growth and a thicker lawn through Canberra summers.

05

Rose pruning

Expert rose pruning in August, timed for a spectacular spring flush.

06

Priority extras booking

Tree work, stump grinding and emergency callouts jump the queue for Complete clients.

Made for the home that hosts.

Complete Maintenance suits homes where the garden is part of the lifestyle — dinners on the back deck, kids running on the lawn, hedges that frame the entry, beds in full flower for spring.

It's our most chosen plan among professional Canberra families in Ainslie, Forrest, Red Hill and O'Connor — people who want a garden that always looks effortless, even though it isn't.

If your needs are simpler, Essential Care may be enough. For estate-grade properties wanting everything handled — pest control, dethatching, holiday preparation — see Total Property Care.

Questions about Complete Maintenance.

Everything you might want to know before booking Complete Maintenance.

What's the difference between Essential and Complete?+
Both plans handle the year-round basics — mowing, edging, weed control and seasonal pruning. Complete adds the things that genuinely improve garden health: year-round fertilising, an annual mulch top-up, spring lawn aeration, and expert rose pruning in winter. If you care about how the garden actually grows, Complete is built for you.
Do you visit fortnightly or monthly?+
Complete Maintenance includes one main visit per month, with additional visits scheduled around fertilising and seasonal work. Most clients see us twice in spring and summer, once a month in autumn and winter. The annual cost averages out to a consistent $660 per month.
What lawn fertiliser do you use?+
We use professional-grade slow-release fertilisers selected for Canberra's cool-climate lawns (typically fescue and kikuyu blends). Each visit we apply the right product for the season — high-nitrogen in spring, balanced through summer, root-strengthening in autumn.
Will you prune my established roses correctly?+
Yes — rose pruning is one of our specialist seasonal jobs. We prune in mid-to-late August, timed for the strongest spring flush, and we handle climbing, bush and standard roses to professional horticultural standards.
What if I want extra one-off jobs?+
Complete clients get priority booking on everything — tree pruning, stump grinding, garden bed refreshes, crane-assisted tree removal, emergency callouts. Quoted on the day, never bundled into the monthly fee unless you ask.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No lock-in contract. Most clients stay long-term — the garden genuinely improves over the years — but you can pause or cancel with one month's notice.
